TOP STORY KYNA: A Gilbert Choir Teacher DNA test results came back confirming he is the father of one of his students child. Choir teacher Ben Lemere is actually the one who suggest he take a paternity test after a 16-year old student claimed in January he was the father of her newly born child. Lemere had denied the allegations from the beginning. When he sat down with one of our sister station at an interview in January, Lemere said, "I'm more than willing to take a paternity DNA test to say, you know, to clear my name and to try to build things back up from there." Charges will be pushed.
